Restoring A Vintage Vespa

One of the nice things about having a scooter joint, is getting meet all the other scooter enthusiast here in Kentucky. We had a nice visit this morning from a guy named Daniel Graham, a Professor of Sculpture at Georgetown College. Daniel has been in the process of restoring a 1982 (hope I got the year right) Vespa PK 50. He picked this Vespa up at a junk yard, and has been totally restoring it from scratch, doing EVERYTHING him self. He pointed us to his blog, where he has been keeping a journal of the restoration process. If your into vintage scooters and restoration his blog a definite must read, it’s pretty amazing what he done with his PK50.
