Vespa Lexington

Vespa Lexington is excited to announce our second COOK OUT this coming Saturday, June 20th from 12pm until 2pm. Bring your scooters, bring your friends and swing by to enjoy some free burgers, free hotdogs, free drinks, lots of scooters, and a bunch of great people. I could not believe the number of folks that showed up for our last cook out, the parking lot was full of both modern & vintage scooters, and some really cool older motorcycles. Last time we ran out of food, so this time we plan to bring the heat with my award winning burgers.

The Vespa Lexington cook out would also be a great opportunity for all you cool scooterist out there to meet some other cool scooterist in the Lexington and get some group rides going that Saturday afternoon and in the future. Riding in general is a blast but riding with a pack is even more fun.

In addition to a bunch of free food and good people, we also will have a sign up sheet in hopes of getting a GRANDE posse together to ride in this years downtown Lexington 4th of July Parade. We have already had a lot of enquiries about riding in the parade, so we hope to have a lot of early sign ups. I am thinking a bunch of scooters and some funky fresh costumes (optional of course). I kind of want to wear a Santa costume since you can’t wear one in the Christmas parade, though I am sure that would be pretty darn hot.
