Vespa Lexington

This a really random Vespa Lexington blog post, but we just got an email from Piaggio USA saying:

“On Monday, Burger King will launch a national game promotion featuring the latest Twilight movie, BURGER KING® “THE TWILIGHT SAGA: ECLIPSE” GAME.  Vespa will be promoted as one of the top prizes fans can win.  The promotion will run June 21 – July 18, 2010 in 7,100 Burger King restaurants and online.”

I find it to be kind of an odd pairing, but it should be quite a bit of exposure for Vespa and a new Vespa makes a great prize because everyone “wants a Vespa”. Chances are you probably won’t win the Vespa from Burger King but you will probably go see Twilight Eclipse (my wife is a fanatic). Every time I think of Burger King I think about an old joke I heard in fourth or fifth grade: Why did everyone leave Burger King? Cause the King let a whopper! Hope you enjoyed that joke and will pass it on to your kids.
